I currently teach Private Mindful Natal® antenatal, hypnobirthing and postnatal courses in Brighton & Hove, around East Sussex and West Sussex or on Zoom. You can choose from:

  • Full Course - 6 hours total, across two or three sessions

  • Refresher - still 6 hours but with a different focus if you’ve done a course with me before

  • Power Hour - 1 hour total on Zoom

What can I expect from a Mindful Natal® Private Course with laura?

  • WhatsApp support from me for any questions about your personal pregnancy situation, right up until you meet baby.

Choose a format that suits you best, either in person or on Zoom. You can either sign up to the PregnaHub® for a 7 day free trial (then £10 a month), or you get included for free as soon as you book one of my courses. The cost of all my sessions is for you and your birth partner, and I recommend you book your course for around 22-30 weeks of your pregnancy if you have the time, but any time is ok! You can access The PregnaHub® as soon as you book a course with me until your baby is one.
